- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Wash the zucchinis and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Cut them into fry-shaped sticks, about 1/2-inch thick and 3-4 inches long.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini sticks with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each zucchini stick in the coating mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
Dry zucchini thoroughly for crispiness, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket, and serve immediately for best results. Can be baked in oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes as alternative.
