- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container with a tight-fitting lid, smooth the top with a spatula and cover
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm but still scoopable
- Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping and serving with toppings

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamiest texture, whisk mixture every hour during first 2-3 hours of freezing for smoother consistency, add mix-ins after base is partially frozen if you want them to stay distinct
