- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green and red cabbage with sliced red onion. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the hot dogs.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the hot dog sausages with vegetable oil and place them on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and developing grill marks. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
