Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes until char marks appear and the peaches soften slightly. Flip and grill for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, toss the arugula with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the greens on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Slice the grilled peaches and place them on top of the arugula. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the peaches. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Enjoy your Grilled Peach Salad right away while the peaches are still warm. For extra crunch, sprinkle with toasted nuts or seeds if desired.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best results. For deeper flavor, brush the peaches with a mix of olive oil and honey before grilling. You can grill the peaches in advance and store them in the refrigerator for up to a day. Customize the greens by swapping arugula for spinach or mixed greens.
