- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and well-combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, chopped celery, and most of the green onions (reserve some for garnish). Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- Garnish with the reserved green onions and serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation. Adjust heat level by controlling buffalo sauce amount. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours before baking. Works great in a slow cooker for parties.
