Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. If using blue cheese, fold it in at this stage.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese instead of pre-shredded for best texture. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the cream cheese.
